The City of Greensboro’s five year strategic plan for housing includes a goal of having 25% of the homebuyer classes to those residents who speak English as a second language and 25% of the loans to immigrant homebuyers. Greensboro Housing Coalition’s housing counselors can provide complete homeownership counseling–from pre-purchase to advice about refinancing to foreclosure prevention–in Spanish. Soon we will be able to do the same in French!
